- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the mascarpone cheese and beat on low-medium speed for 1 minute or until light and fluffy.
